next.
Up
until
now
I
have
been
using
Zinsser
CoverStain
oil
based
primer.
But
on
this
wall
I
switched
to
Zinsser
Bulls
Eye
123
latex
based
primer.
I
like
the
durability
of
the
oil
based
formulas
but
the
latex
primer's
water
clean
up
is
the
reason
for
the
switch.
