Above the roof line the chimney's stucco had deteriorated, especially on the back side. Some premixed stucco patch was used to repair the damaged areas.

To restore the chimney's deteriorated surface a coat of custom tinted elastomeric masonry paint (Valspar Duramax) was applied to all four sides. Very happy with the results; color matches the old stucco and now the chimney looks like new.
