Tiling has finally started! We had planned to use polished marble; But for lower maintenance we ended up with marble-looking ceramic tile. It is Daltile Marissa Carrara.

All the weird bits on the tiles are from the Raimondi Tile Leveling System. Large format size tiles are prone to lippage and the leveling system does a fantastic job of avoiding it. Here's a video of how to use Raimondi: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRnOtT7Q8v4
